Drake Waterfowl's return policy allows customers to return eligible items within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be clean, unworn, and in the original packaging including hangers, bags, tags attached, and wader boxes. Regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. However, Closeout and Final Sale (Sale) Items are not eligible for return.

To start a return, customers need to locate their order number and email address used for the order, select the items they’re returning, choose the return reason from the list, and select exchange or return to store credit or original form of payment. A prepaid USPS shipping label can be printed for the return. Returns are subject to a $7.95 handling fee which is deducted from the refund amount.

Once a return option has been chosen, it cannot be changed by customer service. Refunds are typically issued 3-5 business days after the Returns Team receives the package. It can take up to 10 business days after the refund is processed for customers to receive the refunded amount. If the item is older than 120 days, proof of purchase must be provided with the Warranty Claim Ticket.
